No. My Trip Online is an independent third-party concierge service. We are not affiliated with BudgetAir. You can also complete your check-in for free on the BudgetAir website.
How does the automatic check-in work?
Once you submit your booking details, our system monitors when online check-in opens for your flight. We then automatically check you in and email you your boarding pass. All without you needing to do anything.
When will I receive my boarding pass?
You'll receive your boarding pass by email shortly after online check-in opens, typically 24–48 hours before departure depending on the airline.
What is the subscription?
With your first check-in, you get a 3-day free trial on one of our subscriptions. After the trial, it costs 79 eur/quarter (Premium) or 49 eur/month (Medium). You can cancel anytime during or after the trial. No questions asked.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting our support team. No cancellation fees apply.
Does this work for all BudgetAir flights?
Yes. We support automated check-in for any BudgetAir flight where online check-in is offered. Just provide your booking reference and departure date, and we'll handle the rest as soon as check-in opens.
