No. My Trip Online is an independent third-party concierge service. We are not affiliated with Singapore Airlines. You can also complete your check-in for free on the Singapore Airlines website.
How does the automatic check-in work?
Once you submit your booking details, our system monitors when online check-in opens for your flight. We then automatically check you in and email you your boarding pass. All without you needing to do anything.
When will I receive my boarding pass?
You'll receive your boarding pass by email shortly after online check-in opens, typically 24–48 hours before departure depending on the airline.
What is the subscription?
With your first check-in, you get a 3-day free trial on one of our subscriptions. After the trial, it costs 79 eur/quarter (Premium) or 49 eur/month (Medium). You can cancel anytime during or after the trial. No questions asked.
